 Hope As a Construction

and Vision by Margaret Khairallah

Celebrating another Burton resident, Margaret Khairallah (K-Rella) whose art is a vision of simplistic beauty of life around us. Using several mediums such as print making through etchings,Mono printing, reverse printing, linoleum block printing, watercolor and acrylic painting.  As a child her Aunt introduced her to art with a trip to the Detroit Institute of Art. It was then and there she knew that she wanted to be an artist.  By drawing almost every day, taking workshops, studio courses, and independent studies paying close attention to the process, exploring color, line, shape, and texture she has worked to develop art that draws the viewer into a glimpse of Margaret’s’ world vision.
