Join Char Ciammaichella as she returns to Newbury!!!

Learn to weave your own basket!  Students will insert spokes into a wood base to begin this great little basket.  The beginner basket includes techniques such as twining and start/stop weaving.  When weaving start/stop, all of you cut ends from each row are hidden for a nice clean look.  Students will learn to weave the sides of the basket and attach and lash the rims.  You can weave a Fall, Christmas, or everyday style.  Char will bring several color choices!  The decoration is attached after the basket is woven.
